The Elma Leak Controller 2000 is designed for water-resistance testing of wristwatches and small clocks using the vacuum method without water. An integrated vacuum pump creates a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the watch, while a highly sensitive measuring gauge detects even the slightest case deformation (down to 1/1000 mm). Any pressure compensation indicates a leak, while a stable pressure difference confirms the watch is watertight.
Its mechanical design also allows for the safe testing of lower-priced watches with easily deformable crystals, minimizing the risk of breakage. Simple to operate and maintenance-free, the Leak Controller 2000 is an ideal solution for both professional and novice watchmakers.
