Jules Borel & Co. ships packages using FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Old Dominion Freight. We offer a variety of shipping options including ground, two-day, and overnight delivery. The available shipping options are displayed during the checkout process.

We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time). We do not ship on weekends or the following holidays:
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it is observed on the preceding Friday; if on a Sunday, it is observed on the following Monday.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout. If a shipping rate is incorrectly calculated during checkout, you will be contacted prior to the order shipping.
For large or bulk items, we will contact you with a freight quote to ensure proper handling and shipping.
We offer international shipping to most locations worldwide. However, there are certain restrictions in place, and we are unable to ship to specific regions or countries due to legal, logistical, or safety reasons. Additionally, please note that we cannot ship hazardous materials, cleaning solutions, aerosol cans, lithium batteries, or capacitors internationally.
We reserve the right to refuse any order outside of the continental United States, based on location-specific regulations or other factors.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Small backordered items that would have otherwise fit within the original shipment box will ship at no additional shipping fee. Larger backordered items that would not have fit within the original shipment box may incur an additional shipping fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to the backorder shipping. Special orders will be advised in advance and billed for shipping. Special order items are not returnable.
Customers must report any damaged or missing items within ten days of receipt. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us at shipping@julesborel.com. For hidden damage, save all packaging and report it to us for further instructions.
If you are not seeing shipping options during checkout, it may be due to an issue with how the items in your cart are categorized. Please note that orders over $100 cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Additionally, hazardous items and limited quantity items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Please be aware that FedEx and UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you encounter these issues, please contact customer service for assistance.
Shipping methods may not appear if there are restrictions on certain items being shipped to these locations, or if the size or weight of your order exceeds standard shipping capabilities.
