The ProofMaster Pro tests the water resistance of watches conveniently with a fully automatic closing and test sequence. With its high level of operating convenience, the ProofMaster is the ideal tightness testing device for watch service centers and watch retailers.
The new generation ProofMaster Pro is more compact, faster, and more accurate. The latest technology and smart algorithms are part of its DNA. No, the compressor must be a 11 BAR or 165 psi maximum pressure unit in order to maintain the strenuous 10 BAR test cycle. We recommend the Werther Silent Air Compressor (stock # AC6414).
The recommended service interval is 100,000 test cycles. Please contact us to arrange service.
Witschi will support and service their equipment for 10 years after a particular model is discontinued.
Failing to maintain the compressor causes the Waterproof tester to fail prematurely. The compressor's filtering system removes both oil and particulates from the compressor lines to protect the Proofmaster PRO from being contaminated.
If it is currently set at 160 psi, run a 10-BAR test and observe the psi pressure as it drops on the gauge. Note the pressure when the compressor turns on to refill the tank. The compressor must turn on at 10-BAR or 145 psi or the “NO AIR” warning will appear on the ProofMaster.
Inludes the ProofMaster tester, dust cover, 3’ compressed air hose, power supply, USB stick with WiCoTrace 3 LITE software, watch underlay for scratch protection, watch support, and a USB stick containing electronic instruction manual.
